Been using Simon for boiler services the past few years - friendly chap and always happy to indulge my many questions on how everything works :D . Simon recently replaced our leaking Vaillant boiler with a new Worcester Bosch, which was a 3 day installation in Jan '25 including power flush of rads/underfloor heating, replacing various valves and bits and pieces we knew to be faulty. He worked tirelessly in freezing conditions and we now have a warm home once more. Thanks Simon!

We needed a plumber in a hurry to sort out a tenant's hot water and heating. Simon spoke to them and was able to come out on a Saturday afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the fault and then got it sorted (fitted a new boiler) later that week. He was efficient, got the job done with minimum fuss and kept the tenant happy. We will definitely use him again.

Called on January 16th 2025 and the plumber arrived at my place on January 17th 2025. He called before he arrived and asked if he could attend earlier than expected. Replaced the mixer tap in my kitchen and, including the actual mixer tap, the price was very reasonable. A very polite gentleman who clearly knows his job as a plumber. We were refurbishing the downstairs of our house, which involved installing a new boiler in a different room, new plumbing for relocated sinks and toilet, relocated gas supply, redesigned heating system as well as installing a new water softener. Steve is very personable and provided excellent advice on boilers, central heating system, water softeners, water pressure and all aspects of the work required. Once we had agreed a plan Steve and his team provided a first class installation in a timely manner for a competitive price. We have no hesitation in using Peacocks as our go to plumbing contractor.

I throughly recommend Tian and Vito! We recently had a new boiler installed and they were both absolutely fantastic. They took the time to explain everything to us and couldn’t have been more accommodating. We have been using Croxley Plumbing for the past few years and are very happy with their service. They have completely redone two bathrooms for us - with good communications and interaction from the initial discussions, through design and installation. (If you ask they nicely they will even do a kitchen for you - very pleased with how ours turned out in 2024).

Croxley plumbing have been fantastic. A massive shout out to Gwyn who’s attention to detail was amazing, he really cared about what we wanted to achieve and even noticed that the handles didn’t match everything else and emailed me to change them. I will 100% be using them in the future and can’t recommend them enough!

Professional and courteous service. Asked for an emergency boiler replacement to replace our old Glowworm boiler and remove the old Boiler mate II tank which was starting to rust and making lots of strange noises. Called W&M for a quote, and they got back really quickly, with a cheaper quote with all work being completed in 1 day. British Gas (quoted 2.5 days), and another company quoted 2 days. We are very happy with our new quiet Worcester combi boiler, and very glad to be rid of our knackered and noisy old Glowworm/Boiler Mate II system - and very pleased to have gained a new storage cupboard where it used to live. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend W&M.

We know W&M Plumbing from Maidenhead back in 2023, where we had a leaking pipe in the heating system which needed an urgent repair. A chap came out and repaired the pipe: 1. he did it very professionally 2. though needed to cut the pipe out and replace it, the chap was calm and quick 3. the company priced us reasonably and did not take advantage on the situation. So when we had the same problem in Henley-on-Thames, where we live now in 2024, it was obvious to try to call them out. Fortunately, they could come out very quickly, before we flood our neighbours under us. Marc was professional, calm and fast enough eventhough the situation as he needed to remove a part of the pipe and replace it back. Now we stick with them, because in Henley-on-Thames there are a lot of professionals with big self-esteem, high price, but low work ethic and even lower quality.

I needed a quick turn around on a rental property where a large old boiler had failed, Pulcris Plumbing Services attended within 4 hours to evaluate a repair which was unfortunately not possible, but provided a detailed estimate and availability on the same day. 1 x week later I had a top quality modern boiler installed together with the latest WiFi enabled controls. The guys came when they said they would and liaised directly with my tenant. The standard of the installation including pipework and new external vent duct was extremely professional. The property was left clean and tidy and all associated rubbish removed from site. All in all a job very well done .

From a prospective of a landlord with a few properties, Jamie has been the best plumber / gas engineer I’ve ever used in the last decade at least, I utterly rely and trust his work and opinion. Had HTS do a complete kitchen rip out and refit, including the removal of a stud wall. All of the various trades worked well together as a single team, and they all did a great job. We are very pleased with the final finish. Would use HTS again without doubt.

HTS recently renovated our bathroom. They did an exceptionally good job, a great friendly team. All rubbish and debris removed and everything left in good order. Can definitely recommend.

Truly professional and customer centric approach. On break down of my existing boiler, Mr. Alekhraj Chauhan visited and provided a well guided advice with appropriate justification for a boiler replacement. An excellent job of the new boiler installation at a reasonable price was done. Along side all the paper work with regards to the registration, guarantee and Building regulation compliance gas safety certificate was completed with a proactive approach. Throughout the job the team worked in a collaboration with the family and completed the job on time with a explanation on each step and the working of the new boiler. From the inception of the job, Mr. Alekhraj/team kept me well informed on the planning, the pre-requisites and steps being taken for the job.
