Professional and courteous service. Asked for an emergency boiler replacement to replace our old Glowworm boiler and remove the old Boiler mate II tank which was starting to rust and making lots of strange noises. Called W&M for a quote, and they got back really quickly, with a cheaper quote with all work being completed in 1 day. British Gas (quoted 2.5 days), and another company quoted 2 days. We are very happy with our new quiet Worcester combi boiler, and very glad to be rid of our knackered and noisy old Glowworm/Boiler Mate II system - and very pleased to have gained a new storage cupboard where it used to live. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend W&M.

We know W&M Plumbing from Maidenhead back in 2023, where we had a leaking pipe in the heating system which needed an urgent repair. A chap came out and repaired the pipe: 1. he did it very professionally 2. though needed to cut the pipe out and replace it, the chap was calm and quick 3. the company priced us reasonably and did not take advantage on the situation. So when we had the same problem in Henley-on-Thames, where we live now in 2024, it was obvious to try to call them out. Fortunately, they could come out very quickly, before we flood our neighbours under us. Marc was professional, calm and fast enough eventhough the situation as he needed to remove a part of the pipe and replace it back. Now we stick with them, because in Henley-on-Thames there are a lot of professionals with big self-esteem, high price, but low work ethic and even lower quality.

Excellent service. Have used them twice now and on both times I have been greatly impressed by the quality of service and how reasonable they are with the pricing. When complications arose they did not use them to boost the price but merely sorted them out. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

No other plumber could fix our shower/boiler issue until Marc and his team came to our house. I would fully recommend them to anyone. We are so grateful we finally have a working shower. Thank you again!
