Vital Plumbers' Mark Smith took on the complete refurbishment of a 2-bedroom flat for us. This was a big job including a new kitchen and bathroom, complete rewiring and re-plumbing of the flat, structural alterations and decoration. Mark had some tricky issues to deal with which he handled impressively. He kept us in the picture throughout and responded courteously and quickly to our suggestions. He made himself available to see us. He is easy to work with and his competence and reliability made a job which we managed from 120 miles away much easier than it might have been. The job always felt under control. We very pleased with the end-product.

Removed a boiler and tank and replaced with a combi, Mark was straightforward from start to finish. We knew there would be some small complications but it was all dealt with very well, and I'm pleased with the results. Price was competitive and I got a similar priced quote from a bigger company, but I'm glad I chose the local option.
