I needed bathroom taps replaced and the flush on the toilet fixed. All the work was carried out in a very professional manner. I was happy to leave Jack to get on with the work as I had to go out. When I returned the job had been completed and the bathroom was left clean and tidy. I would recommend Portland Plumbing.

Kareem, Right Plumbing Ltd, was a super young man and did just that. We needed our “rather mature” Potterton serviced, he was very thorough and walked us through the process. Then provided a certificate to confirm the service had been completed. We were very impressed with his manner and his skill - thank you Raheem. He immediately identified a fault caused by another boiler company, and ensured the boiler and gas main was working properly. Our boiler gave up suddenly and of course this happened in December. Alban Plumbing and Heating went out of their way to accommodate us and replace our old boiler with a combi boiler. They worked non stop despite repeated offers for tea and biscuits and delivered ahead of schedule. They take great pride in their work and also made sure everything was working and tidied up before leaving. The work was done to a very high standard. We are absolutely delighted and will keep using them. Highly recommended.

Paul did a fantastic job installing my new boiler, I would happily recommend him. He was very polite and professional, kept me updated throughout the process and made sure I understood everything he was doing (it was quite a complicated job as I was moving to a combi boiler so the old water tanks had to be removed and so forth). I contacted Paul after a complete boiler breakdown, based on good customer feedback online. He did a home visit within the hour, gave a very reasonable quote and fitted a new boiler within a few working days. He is polite, friendly and professional and explained everything as he went along. We highly recommend Dean King of Bespoke Boilers. He is extremely knowledgeable, highly skilled and an experienced Plumber. Furthermore, he is honest and trustworthy with excellent interpersonal skills. On each occasion we have utilised his services, he has promptly tracked the source of a leak and resolved the issue efficiently. Not content with that, he conducts checks and further checks to ensure there are no further problems and will not leave until he and the customer are satisfied all is well. We first met Dean when we randomly selected a plumber offering 24/7 access. He arrived within 30 minutes of our call in the middle of the night and was very helpful, professional and reassuring. After he stopped the leak, he committed to return the next day with the requisite materials and carried out a full repair. We have no hesitation in recommending him.

We had a new boiler installed on 15/9/22 by Dean King of Bespoke Boilers. The work went smoothly from beginning to end, and the installation took a lot less time than we had anticipated. Dean and his men were focused and efficient, showed complete respect for the house and did everything necessary for best results. Great communication from the first phone call with emails to follow up and talked me through the whole process. After the first visit to unblock the drain Paul came back to fit the outside tap and used the camera to check all was ok with the drain and cleared up afterwards. A very happy customer.

After finding a flooded kitchen floor. I called M&M Gas Services and spoke to Shaun, who talked me through what I should do until he could visit later that day. Shaun arrived at the time agreed, was very professional in terms of wearing a mask, maintained good spacing and had brought his own hand gel. He was extremely friendly and even showed me where the pipe had split and explained why this had happened. After he had finished the work, Shaun cleaned up the entire area, which was not expected. We would like to thank Shaun and his team for a fantastic job they did for us. All of the upstairs ceiling was plastered and the bathroom and the utility room was merged into one bigger bathroom. The downstairs toilet was renovated as well and tiled to a very high standard. The Best Plumber I have ever come across! SO helpful, polite, informative and professional! Literally googled local plumber, as our toilet was continually trickling. Sent photos to Harry, who then attended within a couple of days and not only fixed the issue, but replaced flush, rusty bolts and system within the cistern. He went above and beyond! Couldn't recommend him enough! Will definitely be reaching out to him for any other plumbing, gas or heating needs.
