Drew visited today to check a previous installation of hot water tank and piping that leaked . We contacted via checkatrade and he was responsive, prompt and on time, he came to have a look at first and then was able to make the repairs there and then. They did a great job and rectified previous plumbers shoddy work so we are really happy with their service. They were reliable, friendly, professional and reasonable. Would recommend.

Informative, quick and tidy. Changed my chunky old water softener to one that gives me more space under my sink. Also moved my diy tap to a better spot. Great guy, will use again.

Chris and Dhruv helped us out on Christmas Eve when we discovered that our bathroom sink waste pipe was leaking. They were quick to respond, polite, professional and also worked efficiently to get the job sorted. We will most definitely be using them again.

We had no water for 4 days (beside the tap next to the stop cock in our utility room) which was most likely linked to a burst water main down the road even after the water company fixed it. A few engineers came and couldn’t fix the problem. I looked up Mustafa on trust a trader and he came by the following afternoon. He went straight to work and found the issue and fixed the problem and we have running water and hot water too! Thank you. Highly recommend him.

We have been using Croxley Plumbing for the past few years and are very happy with their service. A massive shout out to Gwyn who’s attention to detail was amazing, he really cared about what we wanted to achieve and even noticed that the handles didn’t match everything else and emailed me to change them. We know W&M Plumbing from Maidenhead back in 2023, where we had a leaking pipe in the heating system which needed an urgent repair. A chap came out and repaired the pipe: 1. he did it very professionally 2. though needed to cut the pipe out and replace it, the chap was calm and quick 3. the company priced us reasonably and did not take advantage on the situation. So when we had the same problem in Henley-on-Thames, where we live now in 2024, it was obvious to try to call them out. Fortunately, they could come out very quickly, before we flood our neighbours under us. Marc was professional, calm and fast enough eventhough the situation as he needed to remove a part of the pipe and replace it back. Now we stick with them, because in Henley-on-Thames there are a lot of professionals with big self-esteem, high price, but low work ethic and even lower quality.

Professional and courteous service. Asked for an emergency boiler replacement to replace our old Glowworm boiler and remove the old Boiler mate II tank which was starting to rust and making lots of strange noises. Called W&M for a quote, and they got back really quickly, with a cheaper quote with all work being completed in 1 day. British Gas (quoted 2.5 days), and another company quoted 2 days. We are very happy with our new quiet Worcester combi boiler, and very glad to be rid of our knackered and noisy old Glowworm/Boiler Mate II system - and very pleased to have gained a new storage cupboard where it used to live. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend W&M.

Called on January 16th 2025 and the plumber arrived at my place on January 17th 2025. He called before he arrived and asked if he could attend earlier than expected. Replaced the mixer tap in my kitchen and, including the actual mixer tap, the price was very reasonable. A very polite gentleman who clearly knows his job as a plumber. HTS recently renovated our bathroom. They did an exceptionally good job, a great friendly team. All rubbish and debris removed and everything left in good order. Can definitely recommend.

Paul was efficient from the first point of contact - he was polite and friendly and worked around times that suited me. Ian completed most of the work and this was done to a high standard in a professional manner. Everyone that I have had contact with at HTS have been helpful and nothing has been too much trouble. Ben and his team were incredibly professional and friendly whilst they sorted out my kitchen which required more work than was first anticipated!! Keeping me fully informed the whole time,as I was working away, I never felt any stress or worry during the whole time. And it was all immaculately cleared away when I came home. I would highly recommend HTS and will be using them again.

Had HTS do a complete kitchen rip out and refit, including the removal of a stud wall. All of the various trades worked well together as a single team, and they all did a great job. We are very pleased with the final finish. Would use HTS again without doubt.

I called Heat Tech in the evening as there was an issue with the CH boiler in a rental flat we have. They attended at 10:00am the following morning and undertook the repair. A fantastic response when we really needed a prompt service.

Our boiler was very old and the central heating and hot water system was in need of a big overhaul. Mark visited our house to look at what needed doing and to discuss our requirements and to offer his suggestions. His explanation of the work required was clear and unambiguous. He suggested several options that we thought would be beneficial too. We received a written quotation that was detailed but clearly understandable. We accepted the quotation, and work started on the agreed date. The work was done quickly but not hastily, and in a professional and tidy manner, to the price quoted with no hidden extra costs. We had a slight problem but Mark came back and it was dealt with very quickly and in a well mannered way. We are very happy with the work done and would not hesitate in recommending Mark and Heat Tech.

This company was recommended through a friend. I contacted Mark and he got someone out so quick. After his engineer left i then found another problem under my sink which was unrelated to the first problem. Mark himself ended up coming out another 2 times ON THE SAME DAY which i was not expecting at all. After having a nightmare morning trying to contact about 7 different plumbers he was a life saver. I cant thank Mark enough.

Heat Tech came out today to service our boiler. The engineer heard that we had a leak under the floorboards that we hadn’t noticed. He determined that it was in our cold water mains pipe. He then crawled under the floorboards and fixed it by replacing a corroded elbow joint. Amazing job.
