Simon is friendly,knowledgeable, tidy and professional. We were pleased with the quality of his work and his prices were good. We had a plumber who had helped us for over 15 years and who we really trusted. It was stressful chosing someone new. We are so pleased that we found Simon- he is showing himself to be just as much of a gem.

We needed a plumber in a hurry to sort out a tenant's hot water and heating. Simon spoke to them and was able to come out on a Saturday afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the fault and then got it sorted (fitted a new boiler) later that week. He was efficient, got the job done with minimum fuss and kept the tenant happy. We will definitely use him again.

Been using Simon for boiler services the past few years - friendly chap and always happy to indulge my many questions on how everything works :D . Simon recently replaced our leaking Vaillant boiler with a new Worcester Bosch, which was a 3 day installation in Jan '25 including power flush of rads/underfloor heating, replacing various valves and bits and pieces we knew to be faulty. Excellent service. Simon recently removed and replaced our macerator and was quick to respond and his work is fairly priced. He’s returning to replace part of our basin which has badly corroded. Simon is a lovely guy and comes highly recommended. Thanks Simon.
