Our engineer arrived early and was polite and thoroughly professional. He rectified the problem that we had with our heating system and took great care to make sure our heating and hot water systems were running correctly. Impressive, excellent service!

The church has used Charter for at least eight years. Vaillant wall hung boiler is totally reliable and just needs cleaning and testing. Drugasar 12 Kw wall hung gas heater has an occasional problem at service visits which Stef is always able to deal with. Neither has faults between the servicing visits and costs are reasonable. I have used this company before with complete satisfaction and this time they did even better. Our old boiler failed leaving two elderly people without heat in winter. Yet despite being fully booked they managed to fit us in over two days and installed a brand new boiler and associated equipment. Their engineers are professional, tidy, polite and charming people. I commend this company. This is an update to my earlier review. The new boiler is up and running faultlessly. I can do no more than repeat the my praise to this company and its personnel. I am completely satisfied.
