I called Jake as the dreaded noises in the loft had been heard. He arranged to come to investigate and thought at first it was mice. However on further investigation discovered it was squirrels. His attention to detail was superb. Through his diligence the issue has been resolved. I highly recommend him his communication is excellent and he is there when he says he will be. Also eradicates the issue!!!

Called Greg to sort out a rodent problem, he came round and fully explained why and where they’re getting in and his plans to stop them and a very good one off price which included follow up visits until the problem was solved. We called Bruce after discovering we had rats. He came round that evening and was extremely helpful. After a few visits he had the problem all sorted. Very friendly and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him.

I would highly recommend Max. We noticed we had rats coming into our property. Max took my first call out of hours on a Friday evening, and immediately committed to come round first thing on the Saturday morning. In total he visited the property about 5-6 times until both him and us were convinced that the problem was fully resolved. He was reliable and professional throughout. He was never in a hurry to finish an appointment and move on, he always took the time to explain things and make sure we were happy, and even communicated with us between visits. I felt his price was very fair and represented good value. Not only did he catch all of the rats over the course of a couple of weeks, he went above and beyond to fill entry points on the interior and exterior of the property to prevent the problem re-occurring (at no additional charge). Max was very genuine and clearly puts the customer first, a pleasure to deal with. 10/10.

Max has been so helpful when we had a recent mouse in our loft. He was quick, checked all possible access areas and put measures in place to stop mice in their tracks. He was very thorough with four visits, and being flexible with timings. We would highly recommend him.

Unfortunately we recently had an issue with mice behind the units in our kitchen. A quick call was made to Max and he responded straight away. Max quickly found their entry point, an air brick and fitted a cover to stop them coming in. He also laid poison to kill the existing mice. Over the following 4 weeks Max returned every week to make sure they were all gone and weren't coming back. We're very pleased with Max's work and the results were perfect, no more mice problems. I called Nex Pest Control to remove a live rat that my cat had brought into the house. The gentleman was so friendly and professional and arrived within 20 mins of my phone call. the rat was captured , removed and disposed of it with minimum fuss. I highly recommend this company. So grateful to Craig for arriving and acting quickly when we discovered we had a squirrel in the loft. He not only set about trying to catch the pest, he checked around our house to see how it was getting in, and offered great advice. He responded quickly to me when I had further questions once he had left, and also took it upon himself to check up on progress. Craig returned to retrieve not only one, but three squirrels that his traps safely caught. Highly recommended his services if you need help with pests.

Highly recommend 24hr Pest Control Limited for any rodent issues you may have. We heard scurrying in our attic and called Craig to discuss the issue. He was clear about pricing and how long it would take to fix the issue (v important as we needed it resolved within 14 days). He was able to visit the very next day and was excellent on communication and turned up exactly when we agreed every time. Craig was well-mannered and went *to town* putting down traps of all sorts and poisons to get rid of the issue quickly. He showed us pictures and videos of what he'd put down in the attic and also explained where he thought they might be getting in and gave advice of how we would resolve this. He also covered up one of our outside vents for free in case this was another area they could get in. We agreed dates for future visits to re-inspect the attic. Upon second visit he confirmed poisons had been taken but nothing caught in traps. Had he found any casualties in the attic he also would take these away which we'd have been grateful for. We've heard no activity in the attic since the day he visited so believe the problem is resolved. Craig offers a 3 month guarantee but I doubt we'll need it!

So, we used 24 hour pest control limited when our lovely little pesty guests decided that our home was there's and Craig and his team were very efficient and helpful, understanding and of all of our needs as I have medical equipment that needs specialist treatment and Craig and his team were very helpful even when we couldn't move certain things Craig and his team would do it for us no problem. Overall the experience has been exceptional and despite having the medical equipment which means that there were several visits to complete the job, but this was done with no quibble and fuss. We are very appreciative of Craig and the teams expertise and help with getting rid of our unwanted friends. And the whole team at 24 hour pest control limited put all of us at ease explaining what's going to happen and continuing to have conversations with us where we wernt sure and supported us to deal with pesty guests. I got quotes from a few companies that offer pigeon proofing of solar panels and Nick stood out as really caring about installing a lasting solution. While others offered to glue spikes to the side of the panels or use plastic fixings, Nick uses his own stainless steel design which he makes in house. He also stocks a range of meshes and having tried them all, knows which works best for a given application. He was efficient, careful and the end result looks tidy and robust. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quality installation that will last as long as the panels.

I had a big problem with pigeons nesting under my solar panels and creating all sorts of mess and noise. As a result I contacted Nick at Nex Pest Control who explained what needed to be done, gave me a quote and date when they could come out to fix my problem. They duly arrived as agreed and completed the work together with cleaning the area around my panels. A few months on and I am happy to say everything is great - no birds,no mess and no noise!!.
