So grateful to Craig for arriving and acting quickly when we discovered we had a squirrel in the loft. He not only set about trying to catch the pest, he checked around our house to see how it was getting in, and offered great advice. He responded quickly to me when I had further questions once he had left, and also took it upon himself to check up on progress. Craig returned to retrieve not only one, but three squirrels that his traps safely caught. Highly recommended his services if you need help with pests.

So, we used 24 hour pest control limited when our lovely little pesty guests decided that our home was there's and Craig and his team were very efficient and helpful, understanding and of all of our needs as I have medical equipment that needs specialist treatment and Craig and his team were very helpful even when we couldn't move certain things Craig and his team would do it for us no problem. Overall the experience has been exceptional and despite having the medical equipment which means that there were several visits to complete the job, but this was done with no quibble and fuss. We are very appreciative of Craig and the teams expertise and help with getting rid of our unwanted friends. And the whole team at 24 hour pest control limited put all of us at ease explaining what's going to happen and continuing to have conversations with us where we wernt sure and supported us to deal with pesty guests. Highly recommend 24hr Pest Control Limited for any rodent issues you may have. We heard scurrying in our attic and called Craig to discuss the issue. He was clear about pricing and how long it would take to fix the issue (v important as we needed it resolved within 14 days). He was able to visit the very next day and was excellent on communication and turned up exactly when we agreed every time. Craig was well-mannered and went *to town* putting down traps of all sorts and poisons to get rid of the issue quickly. He showed us pictures and videos of what he'd put down in the attic and also explained where he thought they might be getting in and gave advice of how we would resolve this. He also covered up one of our outside vents for free in case this was another area they could get in. We agreed dates for future visits to re-inspect the attic. Upon second visit he confirmed poisons had been taken but nothing caught in traps. Had he found any casualties in the attic he also would take these away which we'd have been grateful for. We've heard no activity in the attic since the day he visited so believe the problem is resolved. Craig offers a 3 month guarantee but I doubt we'll need it!
