Not all hero’s wear capes…….. some wear wear coveralls and a respirator. Gino came at very short notice after we had just moved into our new house and found we had a flea infestation. he is the ultimate professional, he explained absolutely everything he was going to do and clearly explained what we would Also have to do to make his visit as effective as possible. He sprayed and fumigated the house and again made sure we fully understood his aftercare advice. I haven’t seen a flea since and I would not hesitate to recommend his services and would definitely use him in the future. Amazing service, great guy would highly recommend. We have had an issue in our garage loft where rodents were getting in, I tried traps, baits blocking what I thought were entry points. All of this with no success. I called Urgent Pest Control after reading there Google reviews, Gino visited promptly to carry out a survey and set some traps, luckily whatever was in loft had left as the traps were empty after two weeks of being set. Gino returned today and installed gutter brushes and mesh. Would 100% recommend this company. Thanks again.

Gino was exceptional. Prompt in his response and visits. He was successful in clearing the pests and has arranged the property so it doesn’t have the same issue again. Pricing of the service was fair. He arranged a drainage service that we needed and this was helpful. I would 100% recommend Gino’s services.

Gino arrived within a couple of hours of my phone call and identified our problem very swiftly. Remedial action was undertaken immediately and two follow up visits ensured that everything was secured. Ordered an inspection service as I suspected possible bed bugs. Was left slightly unsatisfied after the first visit as I did not think the service had been up to standard. I called up to let them know how I felt, and Gino was able to come round and resolve the issue, very throughouly inspecting the property and ensuring I was completely happy with the service. Thankfully no sign of bed bugs, but I am very grateful to him for his professionalism and friendliness in resolving the issue.
