I had two wasp nests so two visits, both from Mason. I found the company on the Internet and emailed them and had a very prompt reply from them, and Mason, who arranged an appointment immediately. On each occasion Mason arrived on time, he was polite and answered all my questions. He explained the process very clearly and definitely gave me confidence. When he'd finished the job he told me what to expect but said if I had any concerns to contact him and he would come back to check. Luckily I didn't need to call him back but knowing that put my mind at rest. A professional, prompt and thorough job well done, I would definitely recommend this service to anyone. Many thanks PS I have mouth cancer and can't speak very clearly but Mason listened and was very kind and understanding. He's a wonderful young man, a real credit to himself and the company.

Excellent service from start to finish from MRA. We had a rat issue in our workshop and they came promptly (same day) to start the 3 visit treatment and we are now rat free and Mason provided great advice on how to prevent them coming back, he is a credit to this company. I would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Highly recommend, had a rat causing havoc in the kitchen, Mason arrived the same day of calling and located a redundant drain pipe under the kitchen floor subsequently letting rats in from the sewer. He fit a non return valve the same day to prevent any new rats coming in and set some bits up inside to deal with anything already in. Very professional and polite throughout the whole process, thank you!
