Neil from COPLEY came out this morning. He gets a full A* from us. He phoned to let us know that due to roadworks he would be 20 mins late which was much appreciated. He then got on quietly and quickly removing a large wasp nest from our loft. He left the area clean and tidy and showed my son the nest, explaining how it works. An excellent service from a great guy, thank you. I will recommend on a couple of WhatsApp groups. Hoping not to see you again but I know who to call if I have to, Call COPLEY and ask for Neil! Neil provided outstanding service, earning a perfect 10/10. His communication was excellent, and he delivered a thorough and comprehensive treatment of the property, exceeding expectations. Liam attended our property for his second visit. Again his customer care was excellent. He arrived within the timeframe specified. He explained everything he was doing and advised on next steps. Liam’s approach and advice enabled me to feel much more confident about something I’d been very anxious about. He again offered for me to contact him with anything I was worried about. I have contacted him about a smell in the house. He responded within a couple of minutes and put my mind at rest. I would highly recommend Liam and Copley Pest Control. I had the final visit from Neil yesterday. Again a fantastic professional and friendly service. Neil contacted me to let me know time of arrival. Reassured me that there had been no further rodent activity but to call in the future should I have any concerns. Both Neil and Liam were also very kind to our new puppy which I appreciated. Corey attended our property on Wednesday 12 March. He was very polite and friendly. He asked questions about our problem and from that proceeded to do a comprehensive inspection which included the loft and around the outside of the house and the manhole covers. We are looking forward to seeing him again on our next follow up appointment and await his opinion on going forward to a satisfactory conclusion.

We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing in detail and told us what to expect to allay any concerns. He also offered onward customer advice at any time. I would highly recommend this service and would ask for Liam if I ever had need of the service again. Thank you
