I called Luke and he came over quite quickly. He is really friendly and explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was happy with the what he was doing. He has made a number of visits to make sure the problem has been dealt with and if I have contacted him outside of visits he has returned my calls/messages straightway. I would highly recommend him, focuses highly on his clients and service.

I contacted the company Sunday morning, not expecting anything back until Monday, but Luke had replied to me straight away and Monday he had sprayed and finished. super effective, super reliable, he has been checking in with myself daily to make sure everything's under control and he was so polite and at ease. It's people like Luke who deserve to absolutely thrive in business as his customer service is elite, and his company runs efficiently. Luke is an absolute gent. Not only is he professional but he is caring and has that human touch. Our case was quite a complicated one but Luke was always there for us throughout the process. Fabian was superb he explained everything well and had good knowledge. I would recommend him as he was very professional and reassured me and was happy to help with any concerns. The only thing I was not happy with was the admin staff were not helpful when I had a problem and I was not happy with the service for what I paid for but Fabian was fabulous and this was nothing to do with him.

Fabian and the team are genuinely outstanding at every aspect of the work we needed doing. From the communication to the very good and helpful advice to the actual work undertaken. Fabian is an absolute legend and not only provided me with the best service one could ask for, but he also gave me the reassurance that I desperately needed that my rat problem would get resolved. He pinpointed all the areas that needed treating, where I was having activity and crawled through my garage roof like spiderman. He also climbed into a very tight drain and installed a rate gate on my sewer pipe. I highly recommend him as the best pest control professional ever and I am eternally grateful for the time, consideration and 5-star service that he provided me.

Contacted Accorn to see if they could help me figure out what to do with some squirrels that were nesting in my attic. Whilst not able to cover my area, they came back to me super quickly and had even taken the time to give me advice on what to do and then put me in touch with a local company that could help me. Absolutely top notch service and very much appreciated :)

Used Acorn for a garden/yard clearance! Superb service! The two guys who came (Chris and Chris) were polite, professional and friendly. Start to finish it took no more than half an hour! Very impressed, would highly recommend.

Abs from Manchester Exterminators came and did a thorough assessment of my problem with wild pigeons in the loft exactly when he said he would and quoted me a fair price. On the agreed work day, he and Adam turned up at the arranged time and observed social distancing while working as hard and as efficiently as could be imagined in such a dirty environment. They were polite, friendly and professional throughout. They laid out plastic in all areas of contact and thoroughly cleaned afterwards. A great service. Would highly recommend.

I returned from a long weekend away to discover mice had taken over my kitchen and managed to get someone round within an hour. Our pest control man Abs was friendly and professional and came round three times over the space of five or six weeks to make sure that our problem was solved, which I can happily say is the case. Reasonable price too, I would definitely recommend.

Abs came round to quote for bird spike installation on the edge of my roof to deter pigeons. The lads came a few days later to install them. Nice neat job done. They were polite and friendly and my patio was cleaner when they’d finished than it was before they started. Well done and so far so good. Thank you.
