Fabian is an absolute legend and not only provided me with the best service one could ask for, but he also gave me the reassurance that I desperately needed that my rat problem would get resolved. He pinpointed all the areas that needed treating, where I was having activity and crawled through my garage roof like spiderman. He also climbed into a very tight drain and installed a rate gate on my sewer pipe. We were worried that we might have a bed bug problem last week. I called Mark and he arrived to inspect the room the same day. He spent a good while completing a thorough inspection and set some traps just to be sure there was no infestation. Luckily it was a false alarm but Mark was great and I would certainly call him again for any pest problem and would recommend him to others.

Abs came round to quote for bird spike installation on the edge of my roof to deter pigeons. The lads came a few days later to install them. Nice neat job done. Abs from Manchester Exterminators came and did a thorough assessment of my problem with wild pigeons in the loft exactly when he said he would and quoted me a fair price. On the agreed work day, he and Adam turned up at the arranged time and observed social distancing while working as hard and as efficiently as could be imagined in such a dirty environment. They were polite, friendly and professional throughout. They laid out plastic in all areas of contact and thoroughly cleaned afterwards. A great service. Would highly recommend.
