What brilliant service! After hearing scurrying noises in the loft I contacted SCPC and Frank came out the next day, and carried out a thorough survey of my roof space and drains. I could not recommend him more highly.

With evidence of a rat getting into our loft space, I spoke with Frank who was able to visit and offer advice promptly. Although I'd already taken some steps, such as setting traps and looking to identify and block entry points where scratching had been heard, Frank described other possibilities I hadn't thought of and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Things to do next were clearly set out, as were the options and costs for further action if the issue persists. I would highly recommend contacting SCPC for advice.

Excellent fast response from Steve W who was able to reassure us that rodent droppings in loft were very old and we had no need to worry. Also carried out external check just to make sure there wasn't a problem. Very surprised to hear no charge for survey - that doesn't often happen these days!

I highly recommend BMS Pest Control. I called them during the Christmas period when I heard scratching noises in the loft. Simon was able to book me in and visit within one day. They both did an inspection of the inside and exterior of the house, checking for any ways in. After a few days, the scratches had stopped and Simon came back a week later for a follow-up inspection. Superb service, had an extremely quick response as to a query regarding a potential wasp nest u see a floor. A quick but thorougher investors to a decision being made to fumigate vi and air brick outside of the property and the wasp issues were resolved. They was even time given to show and tell different wasps to our grandchild which has made her more interested in wasps and bees and less concerned. I can decoy them enough. A**
