We left a message for David on the Sunday evening and by 11am Monday he was at the house with all of his equipment. He walked us through the process very knowledgeably, explained the pesticides etc and made sure that we understood how best to keep our cat safe while it was all going on (and in the aftermath)! Since then, we’ve had absolutely no troubles! Amazing customer service and ideal end result.

David came round on a Sunday and quickly dealt with a large wasp nest in our roof that was in danger of coming into the house. Great service. Thank you

David dealt with a hornets nest in-between a porch and roof space at my Mother's home. He was on site within 24 hrs of speaking to him and prompt to the time he gave me. Kind and thoughtful to my Mum who is senior, I would recommend his services.

Safety of pets on site is her main concern when putting down bait, and she fully explains all deposition sites and how to manage these. In addition, she is a very interesting, friendly person.
