They came to remove a wasp nest lodged inside the wall of our house and another hornets nest in the back garden tree which after many failed attempts to safely and humanely remove both myself, they handled in one day and we haven’t seen any wasps or hornets again since. Very fairly priced, very quick and efficient and exceptionally gracious and understanding aftercare customer service from Jamie as I didn’t realise I hadn’t paid the invoice and forgot to pay it again after he reminded me. Very kind, polite and professional to me none the less. Thank you again guys!

Rob came out as we had a problem with rats in our loft. From the second he arrived he was professional, placid, patient & he knew exactly what he was doing. He talked us through everything to make sure we knew exactly what was going on. He took his time & went above & beyond to find the problem.

Absolutely fantastic. We had a rat issue that I had tried numerous methods to get on top of. Adam came and did a really thorough job of assessing for entry/exit points, finding the most frequently visited areas and then dealing with the problem! Within a week of his first visit the house was silent at night and he did another really thorough check on his second visit, topping up bait as required. Communication was excellent throughout and Adam was really accommodating to timings I required. Thoroughly recommend this company!
