This morning, I had the pleasure of meeting Kain, who helped with one of the locks on my shop. Within two minutes of me calling and sending him a video, he was able to come over and fix it for me. He arrived right away, and within five minutes, he had it fixed. He made sure I was satisfied with the job and explained that if I had any issues, he could sort them out for me. Thank you for the 5-star service!

Kain was my second attempted call after being locked out, but with a slam lock his number is saved to be first in future! He arrived within 10 minutes and I was back in my house less than 20 after that. Super polite, helpful and personable - he was straightforward about what needed to be done and helped me in a fraction of the time and at a fraction of the price quoted by others. Visited to get 4 keys cut for my employer, the store manager was really friendly and helpful. Was able to cut the keys while i went shopping elsewhere, and when i returned, all keys were ready. Also enquired about my vehicle key, and he tested and said it didn't need a new battery rather than unnecessarily replace it. Great honest service, will definitely visit again.
