Front Door had been locked from inside, with the key in it. The key lock barrell needed to be removed and replaced with a new lock to gain entry. This was all done effortlessly and respectfully.

Called Osman after our front door was damaged during an attempted break in . He removed the damaged lock which allowed us to use the door again. After messing up the fitting of the new lock had to call Osman again to fit a new lock which was done quickly and professionally and at a very competitive price, I have no hesitation in recommending Birmingham secure locksmiths and will be calling them in future should I need them . We contacted Chris with short notice due to an unexpected change of moving date, Chris was very proactive and punctual. He had great communication and offered to help us out short notice. The locks were changed to a high standard and he was informative with what he was doing. He changed two UPVC locks and a patio lock for us, for what we think, a reasonable price. Absolutely fantastic job chris has done on my front door lock. My door had deadlocked itself and was worried I was going to have to get a new door. Luckily it was just my lock that decided after years of use broke. Chris was on time, really polite and talked through everything what was happening and was a really good price too. CT locksmith communicated very quickly, and was able to fit me in the same day, even though I did not have an emergency. Our technician was Jessie, and she was professional and quick to assess the problems with our three locks. Cant thank these guys enough, had a security key was quoted £80 these guys did it for just £15, had it done initially at another store elsewhere, took it several times to them, did an awful job. Charlie and Matt took there time to assess the key in detail and took a logical approach rather than cut the key without assessment, guys ensured key was cut for perfection, works amazing will be back again for new set.

Cannot recommend C&T locksmiths enough. I was burgled and they took all my keys and left the property unsecured. We called C&T and they came out quickly and couldn't have been more helpful. Mark was so lovely and friendly, exactly what we needed in a time of high stress! He got the job done quickly and went above and beyond what we had ooriginally called him for, making sure that my doors closed smoothly after the repair. (Smoother than they ever have!) Kamyar from Lockman Birmingham was honestly the best locksmith to fix this for me he was very polite and had manners and had fixed my locks with ease and I hope to see him again when I next have an issue on my door!

Neil just rebuilt a heritage lock for our Grade 1 listed church and made new keys. His helpful attitude and advice was most welcome and he undertook the work much more quickly than we expected. Skilled craftsmen such as Neil are invaluable.

Called Keith Carrier and son out on Monday 28 October 2019 when my front door lock would not lock/unlock, he came to ours straight away as I was due at work a bit later, within the hour my lock had been changed and was working perfect, he also noticed that one of my door handles was broke, he did a repair on the handle which again now works like a new one and he also lubricated my door locks all this was done at a VERY REASONABLE price. I would definately use again and would strongly recommend his services, 5* from me.

A professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced locksmith company to contact, especially in an emergency. Neil has a refreshing “can do” attitude especially when facing very difficult challenges. He arrived on time and has excellent communication skills, especially when explaining the problem to a lay person. He repaired my obsolete door locking mechanism by remaking, by hand, the broken parts and reassembling the unit; in doing so he saved me the expense of a whole new door. Anyone else would have given up but Neil performed a near miracle and my door is now working perfectly once again. Highly recommend.
