Had an issue with my VW Caddy today, battery died and the keys wouldn't work in the doors as someone has changed the barrel in the ignition but not the doors. Shaf came out and managed to open the door, cut a new blade key, and got me back on the road. Top service 👌

Absolutely awesome. I had a problem with a front PVC door that wouldn't lock, he came out within 2 hours of a call on a Saturday and fixed it on the spot. Clean tidy and efficient and would recommend to anyone,and he's now my go to man when I have a problem with the house..

Had a look through various locksmiths on google, we ended up choosing M T C. We were in quite a hurry and he popped out within an hour of having the address and sorted out quite a complicated issue very quickly and with 0 problems. I would 100% recommend Richards locksmith services! He is quick, reliable and full of knowledge and came to our address without question this evening to change our locks post attempted lock break. Had a great experience doing a couple of jobs for us recently but then had a problem with the new lock that had been fitted on my front door (issue with lock not it's fitting! ) Fantastic aftercare, out within 24 hours and lock replaced under their guarantee with no issues at all.
