Really amazing service!! I gave them a call and they were here within 20 minutes with no upfront charges. He guided me through the process clearly explaining what the problem was. The mechanism of my door needed to be replaced, luckily he managed to get it fixed and replaced very quickly (I believe it was less than an hour). The lock on my front door broke at around 5pm while my husband was away, called Kain and he arrived within 45 minutes and replaced the mechanism and also adjusted my door so I didn’t have to slam it shut anymore. Really lovely chatty guy who put me at ease! Would definitely recommend.

Well that was 1st class service! Made a call at 9am for a replacement lock and Kain arrived early afternoon, complete with lock and tools and all fixed within 30mins. I locked my apartment door and my keys was inside in Friday night around 10:00PM. I thought if I call someone, no one will come. However, I was lucky I called this locksmith , he answered me and come within 10 mins and open the door. I highly recommend it , he is very professional

So last night I did the stupidest thing you can imagine. I secured my car using a disklok only to realise 20mins later that i didn’t have the key to unlock it as I’d used the wrong lock. Key for lock is in London I am in the middle of Birmingham. Panic sets in. First call to AA where I am told they can send someone but can’t guarantee they be able to remove the lock. Quick search of google and for local locksmith and after calling a few different ones I spoke to a very friendly chap from Unlockers. They understood the assignment and had a representative with me in 25mins as promised. 30 mins later lock was removed and I was able to use my car. Very impressed with the service. Charged at the agreed price which I thought was very reasonable, the representative even cleared up after himself.

Highly recommended. Very polite and helpful team. I needed an antique lock to be picked and they didn't leave until they had resolved the issue. And also helped with another door lock whilst on their visit. The arrived at the agreed time and were super helpful and knowledgeable and reasonably priced. BMW 3series-2 Key Fobs new style! My first time using a mobile locksmith and I must say I was so impressed by this particular company..The gentleman over the phone was so polite and professional and definitely prided himself in delivering a bespoke personal service. I’m very fussy on the minor details and the gentleman was very accommodating and provided us with the new style fobs and right colour combo. The communication was consistent from the first time I called through to the end. I ordered 2 keys and had one existing key blade cut(inc new ones). They also picked my existing lock to cut my blades in the first place which is more work. The gentleman and his colleague just got on with the job and were very pleasant. They have all their own kit inc their well kept van. They turned up when they said they would and just made the whole process so easy. They have a customer for life in me and I will always make sure I recommend them to others because they’ve earned my trust and respect! Oh and their pricing is very competitive whereas the bricks and mortar stores just wanna rip you off! They also do domestic locks as well so be sure to contact them for a quote! Excellent efficient service here, spoke with lovely man called Charlie who replaced/ repaired my damaged car key fob in 15/20mins for a great price. I'd been quoted ridiculous prices prior so was relieved to find this genuine locksmiths. Well worth the extra drive and lovely retail park nearby to go while you wait.
