Went out of his way to contact My Brother Sukh (Who's lock needed replacing), Then went out to buy a better replacement lock. Awesome service, highly recommend. Most Friendly, Genuine Person Ever. I'd locked my garage door key inside the garage by accident. Luke, from this company, did an excellent job - he managed to get the door open without breaking the lock.
