Kain came out the same day and sorted out a broken door lock very quickly. He also waited for us when we were late getting home. Professional and polite, I'll be using Halesowen Locksmiths again

Well that was 1st class service! Made a call at 9am for a replacement lock and Kain arrived early afternoon, complete with lock and tools and all fixed within 30mins. Kain actually went one step further and realigned the the complete door handle because he noticed it would need doing at some point .. wonderful service with a smile and I am one happy customer! 💯 recommend Kain for all locksmith conerns 🔐 😁

Amazing service from Kain! The lock on my front door broke at around 5pm while my husband was away, called Kain and he arrived within 45 minutes and replaced the mechanism and also adjusted my door so I didn’t have to slam it shut anymore. Really lovely chatty guy who put me at ease! Would definitely recommend.
