I've just had probably the best on line trading experience since fax machines were useful! I bought some LED pendant lamps from Alert which have been fitted and working for some time now without problem. Then one decided not to work any more! I rang not really expecting too much and spoke to Hannah thinking I could maybe purchase a replacement part. Hannah leapt into action and arranged for the faulty lamp to be exchanged almost overnight at no cost to me. Such exemplary customer service is rare indeed nowadays and she must be highly commended for delivering such. Brilliant Electrical it should be called. The goods and prices for the trade and the public are much cheaper than places like B&Q. The staff are young, friendly and very helpful, I will definitely use them again. You try them and you will not be disappointed
