After being let down by a different company, Sean was a lifesaver at 3am this morning. We had a problem with a leak that triggered our alarms and we were unable to shut them off. Sean was with us within 25 minutes of calling and sorted it instantly. Excellent communication and very calm and friendly. He thoroughly explained why the alarms were triggered and made sure they wouldn't go off again. We do need further assistance on the problem which Sean is coming back to sort for us. I called in a bit of a panic as something had tripped my electrics but I couldn’t work out what - I’d usually go to my Dad for help but he was in surgery so can’t. He was very patient and talked me through a couple of tests so I could work out where the problem was!
