Excellent Service today. I overheard the young receptionist being very helpful to all her telephone customers while I was in reception. She gave a very professional representation to everyone she spoke to and did her best to problem solved with the help of the lady who took over dealing with me. Very happy with the way I was treated by all I had contact with.
Been at this practice for 30 years with various owners. It has always been excellent. My current dentist is Bogdan and he is brilliant. He made it in through the snow today and was outside clearing the paths when I arrived. Excellent dentist and a thoroughly nice human being!

I needed an urgent appointment and rang as soon as the surgery opened. The phone was answered within a minute and the young lady took details of why I needed the appointment and said she would ring me back in approx 10 minutes. She rang me back very quickly with an appointment the same morning and I was then seen very quickly and efficiently, the service was very good and stress free, thank you
