Best dental practice I have ever been to. Everything from the reception people to the dentists and the hygienists, even the waiting room, the chairs there and the music that is played. Six stars if I could give it.
This practice provides me with hygienist treatment and Helena is the best hygienist that I have ever been treated by. There is no pain, only a thorough review, meticulous clean and discussion with a resulting great result. Helena is very professional and provides excellent advice to me to keep my teeth in a perfect condition. The practice staff are delightful too and very efficient. This is a superb practice.
Could NOT recommend enough. Everyone is so lovely and helpful, made me feel comfortable and eased any anxiety I had. Also managed to remove a stained filling that had been done elsewhere which has been bothering me for years. Thank you thank you thank you!!
By far the least stressful visit to the dentist of my life. I was new to the clinic and found these guys after many stressed calls in search of a dentist to do some emergency work; they couldn’t have been more accommodating. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with smiles, every staff member is so friendly and personable. There isn’t the typical clinical feel you associate with the occasion, instead you are met with a comfortable living-room-esque waiting room with beautiful artwork and classic FM. I saw Andy who introduced me to a not-so-new (though new to me) tool known as the wand which is a painless alternative to the needle, (so, if you’re afraid of needles, this should be your go to). All in all I couldn’t be more grateful to everyone I met there today - I walked in very stressed and left feeling like I’d been pampered. Thank you everyone!
The staff and that includes everyone is outstanding in their care, skills and support. I have been visiting this surgery for over 30 years and wherever I worked globally no other Dental Surgery matches this on .You are all absolutely wonderful!
