Been going here for a while now and no desire to change.
I've found the staff, particularly the dentists themselves to be very friendly and courteous with a great "bedside" manner.
They always explain what's going on and make sure I'm fine with everything.
Reminders are sent for appointments and the environment is pleasant.
I've had a number of bits and pieces done here, ranging from fillings, filling extractions and hygienist check-ups.
Would very much recommend.
Bianca is a great dentist. I had a replacement top rear filling done recently and I felt at ease whilst in the chair at all times. She also did a fabulous job on a small front tooth filling - such a good colour match you wouldn't know it's there. Thank you.
Overall very good plus informative advice from Ryan. However, despite arriving 15 mins early another patient took my appointment. Calling patients by first name may be friendlier but can lead to problems. More care should be taken. This comment is intended to be constructive.
I needed an emergency appointment as I was suffering with severe toothache, I'm also on long term oxygen so needed a Dentist that would accept me, my Husband was able to come in with me to hold the oxygen. I had excellent service from Katherine Shiel- Rankin. As I'm a nervous patient everything was explained to me what she would do as she went along to extract my tooth, she was very reassuring, friendly and professional. My Husband and I really appreciated the care I received. It's five stars all the way from Reception to the Dentist.
Every dentist should make you feel at ease from booking an appointment, seeing the dentist to the aftercare and support when you leave. The changes made to the Dental Practice is outstanding, what a transformation and to have a Team who are helpful, and look after you as a patient is finally great to see. Now puts me at ease going to the dentist
