Have had three appointments. And been very happy with my experience. Very nice helpful staff. Dentist explained everything as she goes.
Very good and quick service, I got an appointment quickly and didn't have to wait at the practice. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant. I wish the main concern I had were dealt with in a different manner, but for experience with the NHS it was very good.
Fantastic! Receptionist was lovely to start with, then called into the dentist and can honestly say she was the nicest dentist I have ever attended! Friendly, took time to listen and explain what was needed. Put my nerves at rest and was just very nice. This is what all dentists should be like!
Professional, polite, very knowledge & detailed. Ella & her assistant (I don't know her name, unfortunately) were considerate & exceptional in every way.
The standards of both the practice & staff are very high reassuring oneself that you are with experienced personnel who will take time & consideration with your health care.
