I have been a customer here for many years. The atmosphere is calm and reassuring, and the care is efficient. I can only imagine that the recent low scoring reviews are because of delays due to COVID, because I have never had the problems they mention.
Im new to the area on a tempory working contract. After ringing around and being told by some dental surgurys the wait was up to 3 months...i rang st.cross as a new patient enquiry and spoke to John who fitted me in for this monday (3 days from now). Brilliant :)
Always an excellent experience. Sue is so calm and gentle, making sure you feel comfortable while delivering a brilliant service. Jon is very efficient and makes sure your visit is well-planned and runs smoothly. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend the practice.
