I have been with Grayshott dentist for over 20 years, the staff have always been friendly and have been able to accommodate me in an emergency. I have always been extremely nervous around dentist, but I recently saw Francis. What a difference I have seen since being treated by her, thanks to her patience and kindness it has now made going to the dentist alot easier.

I managed to get an emergency appointment this morning with Monika and Jaime. Ali (receptionist) was amazing, she listened to everything I had to say and helped with lots of great advice. They were absolutely amazing, they managed to diagnose an infection straight away and prescribe me with antibiotics. Monika was so kind and gentle and made me feel at ease when I was very anxious due to the pain I had. Thank you Grayshott Dental Practise!

First impressions - couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Two months later and after six appointments - a brilliant experience. Top notch service by a dedicated professional team who give the impression of thoroughly enjoying their work and genuinely putting the interests of the patient first. Friendly smiles, and not just dental smiles, are in abundance everywhere. This is the first dental practice that has inspired me sufficiently to bother submitting a review, and I have visited several. Without hesitation, I award it five stars. Like many people, I used to be a very nervous patient when it came to visiting the dentist, however from my very first appointment at Gwynne Dentistry a year ago I no longer feel that way. I had an appointment with Lilly and Freya, and they are quite extraordinary. They worked on my tooth for nearly an hour, and, unbelievably, once the anaesthetic wore off, I had no discomfort nor needed any painkillers. They calmed my nerves every step of the way and made me feel extremely comfortable. I have found my new dental practice and, with confidence, can recommend them to anyone. Thank you

Georgina is the best dentist I’ve ever had, she really looked after me when I had my wisdom tooth extraction. I was in so much pain and so worried but Georgina was reassuring and painlessly removed my tooth, Whilst I held the nurses hand! Also the receptionist is very helpful too! I must also say how spotless the surgery is.

I was so impressed with my experience at Zebon Dental. The atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in to when I left. I was very nervous before my procedure but Mr Kerawala and the nurse (unfortunately I have forgotten her name!) with him did such a great job of putting me at ease before my procedure. Communicated very well what to expect and it was a very painless procedure. Although I couldn’t answer because I was working, I appreciated the follow up call the next day.

I have recently undergone an extensive treatment plan at Zebon Dental as a brand new customer. Very fortunately the Zebon team transformed my first desperate urgent situation into a much healthier and stable one. The overall very friendly approach from reception to dentist made everything a pleasant experience. Anita went the extra mile, from in depth discussions regarding the condition of my teeth and options available. Anita, Charlotte and Lorna are caring, friendly and empathetic, and created a fun and relaxed atmosphere in the surgery. I highly recommend the Zebon Practice!

Last week I had 2 appointments with Anita. I am a new client and a nervous one, due to difficulties encountered elsewhere. During my 1st appointment both Anita and Lorna ensured I was comfortable at all times, and showed a level of empathy and kindness I was really impressed with. Their communication was excellent so that I knew exactly what was happening. My 2nd appointment involved even more extensive and tricky treatment, yet again I had total confidence in Anita's skill. She is, quite simply, the best dentist I have ever been treated by. Her skill, knowledge and professionalism combined with her kind, calm and careful approach mean I will no longer dread a dental appointment. In addition she uses technology and techniques to provide a totally 5 star outcome. I cannot recommend the entire practice highly enough.

I have been visiting Anju for my dental care at the Zebon Copse Practice for several years and have been impressed by the excellent treatment I've received with regular checkups, hygienist visits, and some cosmetic work to remove old fillings. A big plus is how quickly I was able to receive emergency support when I had a painful gum infection. I've moved some distance away now, but I still travel back to Zebon Copse as I am not changing my dentist!

After an unfortunate accident to my front tooth 2 ys ago, I was desperate to find someone who could repair the complex damage, having seen 2 other dentists previously, who had failed to resolve the issues. I found Rob Hannah online, and after an initial consultation & sideways CT scan, he identified the issue with my tooth, and has worked tirelessly to address the issues, restoring my teeth and appearance & subsequently my confidence. His empathy and kindness throughout my treatment has been second to none, and his professional expertise has been excellent and pain free, despite a number of complex operations. A big thank you to Rob and his excellent team, from Wendy on the Isle of Wight (I travel to Southampton to see Rob, he’s absolutely worth it !!).

I recently had gum surgery with Dr. Robin and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, welcoming and made me feel completely at ease. In the 2 years I've been coming to you and with my history of a very bad fear of dentists that started before I was 5 and from that experience my fear has stayed with me for over 60yrs everyone has been so understanding and helped me through some what for me has been traumatic treatment, it hasn't rid me of my fear but has enabled me to control it better so thankyou all for that. So I would recommend that anyone whose been in my situation and is also suffering with their anxiety or fear of dentists and I know there are many of you give these people a try as they will take very good care of you

I had a good as you can get experience with Aditee. A positive outcome though rather expensive treatment sorted all of my current problems. As a very nervous patient with many bad experiences in the past I was extremely nervous about restarting my dental journey, but I can honestly say my experience at VIDA has been exceptional. From the first consultation with James right through to today's session with Summer the hygienist, it's been a very good experience and I don't say that lightly! My concerns have been listened to and I was never made to feel silly for being so anxious I was offered sedation and anaesthetic and I felt like I was cared for every step. The results so far are great and the work continues and I'm confident that for the first time in my life I may well end up with a confident smile. I highly recommend the team at VIDA especially if you're someone that feels a bit anxious and hasn't managed to see a dentist for a while.

I recently returned to this dental practice on an emergency basis, having been a patient here years ago. From the moment I arrived, I was reminded why I had always held this place in such high regard. The staff were as friendly, professional, and welcoming as I remembered, and the clean, comfortable environment immediately put me at ease — even amidst the distressing circumstances that brought me there. On this occasion, I arrived with my face severely swollen and visibly distorted from the swelling. I was in unbearable pain and could barely open my mouth more than a centimetre. The situation was serious, and I am incredibly grateful to the female dentist who saw me that day (whose name I regretfully didn’t catch but will update once I do). Her professionalism, empathy, and quick thinking undoubtedly made all the difference. She examined me carefully, explained the gravity of my condition with clarity and compassion, and wasted no time in urging that I be taken to the hospital by ambulance. Her swift action ensured that I received the urgent medical care I needed. Upon arriving at the Royal Surrey Hospital, I was immediately assessed, given strong pain relief, and underwent emergency surgery under general anaesthetic the following day. It is frightening to think what could have happened had her prompt response not intervened. What stood out most during my visit was not only her medical expertise but also the decency, dignity, and humanity she displayed. In my moment of vulnerability, she treated me with kindness and respect, providing reassurance and ensuring I understood the next steps. For that, I will always be thankful. This dental practice has consistently demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and genuine care over the years. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of dental care. In particular, I believe this is an excellent choice for families with young children who may feel anxious about dental visits. The warm and understanding approach of the staff would undoubtedly help ease any fears. Thank you once again to the entire team for your exceptional care. You have my deepest gratitude.

I am terrified of the dentist and have been since I was very young. I see Mani and she has got to know me so well taking the time to explain what’s going to happen on the day of my appointment, keeping me calm and is always so gentle in her approach to my treatment. I was referred by my GP i needed to see my Dentist to check for a possible infection. I was given a next day urgent appointment and saw my Dentist Sarah,she did a thorough examination including full X-ray's. As always Sarah puts you at ease and explained everything she was doing prescribed antibiotics and told me don't hesitate calling if i needed to see her.
