Have always received excellent treatment especially from Shilpa. She is professional and calming especially for the more anxious patient. She explains everything well and is very good at all procedures. She was able to sort my recent problems quickly and with excellent results.
Treated nicely at my assessment appointment Than You and given my options. It’s all got very expensive. I have to wait a month to be treated which is a worry, hope I can hold out that long. Though I am on a list to pick up any cancellations.
All staff were really lovely. The receptionist was really friendly; the dentist Aditi was amazing and assistant, Eliza was also very kind. I am certain I will be returning. Thank you so much for putting me at ease.
I am Always treated very well at dental concepts and have been having appointments for several years. All staff and nurses are friendly and welcoming. No question is ever left unanswered. The Care provided is 100 percent with reasurance during each visit. Treatment is above and beyond, appointments made within a quick time span. Cannot recommend my dentist enough! 1 happy customer.
