In the 2 years I've been coming to you and with my history of a very bad fear of dentists that started before I was 5 and from that experience my fear has stayed with me for over 60yrs everyone has been so understanding and helped me through some what for me has been traumatic treatment, it hasn't rid me of my fear but has enabled me to control it better so thankyou all for that. So I would recommend that anyone whose been in my situation and is also suffering with their anxiety or fear of dentists and I know there are many of you give these people a try as they will take very good care of you

Dr Gillan was amazing. So patient through what turned out to be quite a difficult extraction. I have never felt more comfortable or confident in a doctor’s abilities, and I’m really glad that I ended up here! Best service I have ever received in a dental practice

Every visit I am greeted with smiling faces and very high levels of professionalism and competence. Additional follow-ups have been provided free of charge when I would have expected to pay for. Going to the dentist is a pleasure, and I can’t praise the practitioners highly enough.

A very personal dental service, from an exceptionally patient and expert team. Always putting me at ease during the treatments I have had with James at this practice... Treatments have included, large fillings, and crowns. Obviously not nice procedure, due to its nature. But I'm very happy with James' skill, professionalism and care.

A brilliant dentist who are not judgemental and put you at ease. I had to have a wisdom tooth removed and I was so scared but I was totally reassured by the dentist and he wouldn’t continue with the procedure until I was totally numbed up. Not something I would want to go through with again but if I did I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Highly recommend :)

Having had a lengthy & poor experience at another local dentist over a long period of time, I went to New Street, after reading their reviews, with my complex dentistry problems. This has turned out to be the best decision I have ever made. They have been outstanding in their care & treatment of me. Starting a year ago with a pre-consult with Hollie, a care coordinator who actually listened to me and gave me hope. The excellent reception staff who are professional, welcoming & friendly. The lovely Paige (hygienist) who sorted out my gum issues and got me back on track. The amazing Irem who performed the surgery required for synthetic bone to be grown to enable me to finish this journey. And finally the fabulous Jackie (dentist) & her team who have given me back my confidence after a lifetime of problems. Through Jackie and her skilled technician, I have finally been able to have a bridge fitted. The attention to detail was more than I could have ever hoped for and the bridge is perfect. Jackie talked me through ever step during the past year, ensuring I always clearly understood my options. She is incredible at her job and I will always be grateful for this. Sorry this is long, but I cannot recommend these guys more highly. My journey was necessary due to a childhood accident and no other reason.

Fantastic dental practice! Would never go anywhere else now. The staff here are wonderful and truly care about your well being. I have Paige as my hygienist and she is brilliant, always does an exceptional job and is so gentle. I used to dread hygienist as my previous one would leave me with sore teeth after but I have never had that issue at new street. 10/10, I recommend them to everyone!

Long and short - A fantastic dentist surgery with an even better team! I’ve used these guys for many years now and have never had a bad experience. A recent outstanding service has prompted this review. My front tooth snapped a few evenings back (which was a horrific experience!) The following day these guys managed to get me in for an emergency appointment within a few hours. I was expecting a temporary solution alongside a significant bill + multipul visits, however I was pleasantly surprised that not only had a (hopefully) permanent solution been applied in impressive time, but it was at (what I’d consider to be (given circumstance)) an extremely reasonable rate! From reception to works, it was smooth, efficient, effective, friendly and cost considerably less than expected. This is a very well deserved review, with special thanks to Richard (super dentist) and his trusty assistant! Keep up the fantastic work guys. I’d not hesitate to recommend you to anyone. 10/10

I really recommend Tom at Guinea Court Dental. When my daughter was very young she had an accident which bruised her two front teeth. Many dentists told us there was nothing that could be done other than veneers, but Tom used modern techniques to completely remove the bruising and make the teeth white again. The change to my daughters teeth is amazing and it’s wonderful to see her confidently smile without feeling self conscious thanks so much Tom.

I have been a patient at Guinea Court Dental Surgery for many years, and today I met Kellie (hygienist) for the first time. I immediately felt comfortable and relaxed, very friendly lady as well as professional. I was exceptionally pleased with the treatment I received as it was painless but thorough. I will certainly return to Kellie on my next visit to a hygienist.

I have been going here all my life, even after moving away, and can’t recommend it enough. The staff are fantastic, and every dentist I’ve had (5 now!) have all been brilliant. Professional, great customer service, you couldn’t ask for more.

I am having implant treatment with Vish. He is great puts you at your ease and clearly very experienced and no rush. The rest of the team are lovely very friendly and welcoming. Would certainly recommend them all.

Helpful reception bookings, able to give choice of dates and times. No one likes the procedure of a hygienist visit but the hygienist at My Dentist Alresford was so sensitive to this and made it as comfortable as possible and gave great advice on aftercare of teeth.

So impressed - great service and the staff are always really friendly, helpful and kind. Special thanks to the excellent dentist I had this morning and also to the lovely lady on reception (sorry I don't know your names!)

I'm a very nervous patient. But every member of staff I have dealt with here in Basingstoke have been absolutely brilliant. From the first moment I walked in the door the reception staff were amazing and calmed me down. The dentist explained everything and talked over my options.

I am very happy with this practice and as a patient have been visiting for well over a decade which I hope speaks for itself. Staff are friendly and professional. I have total trust in my dentist who has advised well over the years.

I have been a patient at this excellent practice for many years now and that is entirely down to the wonderful Bobby (Dr Kalsi) and Kully, who always make me feel like a part of their family and put me at ease each and every time. Nothing is too much trouble, they go above and beyond to ensure my comfort, which I am extremely grateful for as I do suffer with anxiety at times. The whole team are totally committed and passionate about their work and I cannot praise them enough, highly recommended by our whole family.

I have been seeing Dr Kalsi for a Number of years and have always found him to be very knowledgeable and takes the trouble to explain what is needed and why. I’m immediately put at ease no matter what the procedure being carried out and would highly recommend him and the practice. Sarah in reception is always very welcoming!

Update to my original review I've left 2 years ago, I have to say it was one of the best decisions of my life to enter this practice. Dr Kalsi is amazing, nothing is impossible when you are his patient. He has done so much work on my teeth and I truly trust him. I've come so far from an extremely nervous patient who only went to the dentist when it was absolutely necessary or too late to someone who is attending all check ups and decided to ask for a cosmetic treatment. I've been explained all my options, experienced a flexible and understanding approach, and ended up with a nice new smile after Dr Kalsi completed my veneers. I'm so grateful for the whole team, Dr Kalsi is a dental artist, Kully always makes me feel at ease and comfortable, she even got me a neck pillow when I had to sit there for hours of treatment and Sarah the receptionist is always so helpful and cheers me up. Over the years they never let me down, always found time for an emergency appointment, made my surgical extraction experience as pleasant as possible, provided medication and all support I needed. They can be very proud of their practice and I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Claremont Dental Surgery! The best dental practice I've ever been! I'm the most nervous patient ever who avoided the dentist for years due to childhood trauma and I wish I would've found Claremont Dental earlier. Dr Kalsi managed to save 2 teeth of mine which been told by another dentist can't be saved and need to be removed. So here I am after some root canal treatment and many hours of work on my teeth, Dr Kalsi perfectly saved them! He really takes his time to make sure he does the best work, explains everything, extremely polite and patient which really helped to fight my anxiety. They also fit me in last minute for emergency appointment and provided antibiotics so quickly when I was in pain and really needed them, never let me down. I'm so grateful to both Dr Kalsi and Kully (I hope I spell your name right) too. If you need a proper trustworthy dentist, this is the best place you can find! :)

I have been dealing with the most fantastic Dentist and Nurse at the surgery. Omar has been so thorough and supportive with a new plate I have had made. Since after Christmas my plate has been getting loose. Yesterday Omar fitted me in at the end of his surgery. He took time to readjust and try to make the plate fit. Nothing has been a problem. He has treated me with patience, reassurance and complete professionalism. I feel certain that the problem is going to be rectified. Thank you both for your first class customer service.

Having given up my dentist of nearly 40years due to distance I wondered how I would feel starting again at Damira but I was nothing but delighted. Fatima is a sweet young woman, I felt very comfortable with her. The Receptionist was also extremely pleasant and the general atmosphere was one of peace and quiet. Very happy to have been able to join them.

Being quite scared of the dentists myself, Adriana made me feel really at ease and relaxed. Very professional, friendly reception staff and overall great experience. Will be coming back for my checkup appointments.

Kind, fast, and we're able to immediately perform the actions needing to be taken after my check up, very positive experience. I immediately booked a new appointment and they have quickly become my go to dentist.

Recep always takes the time to talk to me and listen to me about the condition of my teeth and what options I have. He is friendly and very pleasant and makes me feel relaxed. Damira are open late weekday evenings and also open weekends. This works really well for me around my job and commute.

Treatment is good. Communication less so. For instance, I'm in the middle of treatment to have a crown fitted. It takes a number of appointments. It would be good to be told at the beginning, "There will be X appointments; the first will do Y and will take Z minutes; the second will do A and will take B minutes, etc." Otherwise when you have to take time off work, you don't know when you'll be back. There can be a big difference between a 10 minute appointment that happens on time and a 30 minute appointment that starts 15 minutes late (as mine did). Yesterday the dentist asked me if I wanted "numbing", but hadn't explained what he was going to do and I had to ask in order to make an informed decision. Also I'd booked for 08:30. They are very good at sending reminders, but when I checked the latest I saw that it was now for 08:40. There had been no direct communication that the time had changed, nor anyone asking whether that was still convenient.

Me minty is always caring, compassionate and treats me very well. Very nervous at the dentist and he’s the only person I trust to do anything. He always puts my nerves at ease.

Anyone who is a nervous patient like me needs to go here. My dentist is Satya and she is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. She cares about you as a person and does her best to make you feel comfortable. She listens to your concerns and reassures you. I've seen her for the last year but when I was so scared of having a filling put back in she went above and beyond to make sure I had no pain and was ok through out. The practice has gone private now but she is by far worth it. She is also very good with my son who isn't scared due to her being so nice. The receptionists are always so friendly and helpful. A really nice practice. It's clear the owner picks his staff well and runs a very professional friendly practice.

I attended the surgery with my 16 year old very nervous child recently for an extraction in preparation for braces. To say he was nervous is an understatement, I didn’t think he’d get through the door without sedation at one time. However, the dentist, Satya, was absolutely amazing. She reassured him ever step of the way, speaking to him constantly to put him at ease and so he felt in control. Afterwards he described her as the nicest person he’d ever met and said although he was scared she made it OK. Well done Satya and to Chequers Road for having such lovely, kind and sensitive staff. My sons fear of dental treatment has been allayed which will make life so much less stressful. Thank you.

Went to the dentist today. Wasn't nervous in the slightest!! Anyone that knows me, knows this a big deal! I used to be so afraid, not sleep for days before, be sick, cry and at times just walk out! This is all thanks to Sian at Chequers Dental Surgery . She is calm, patient and lovely. Anyone with a phobia, she's your lady!!!
