Had my tooth extraction today, had reading other reviews i was at ease , visiting the clinic all the staff were polite, and being seen by Parkash Ramchandani he put my mind at rest. He knows how to take care of his patients and the dental nurse, they were both very professional in their duties.

I had my teeth removed in June this year and the service at the clinic was really great. Both Mr. Parkash Ramchandani and the dental assistant were courteous and professional. The visit went smoothly and without any further complications. I sincerely recommend it.

Marchello was amazing. His diagnosis of the issue and resolution delivered a super repair and at an affordable as price. The whole experience was very pleasing and when I require further dental work I will return to this practice.

Professional and thorough treatment received during my recent hygienist appointment. Grateful to receive advice regarding improving and maintaining dental health. Only negative comment would be that I noticed the hygienist assistant didn’t wash her hands before putting gloves on but hopefully this was a ‘one off’ occurrence.

Dr Laura Hills @Watercress Dental is really lovely and extremely patient. My visits to the dentist are very easy and not unpleasant at all. I would certainly recommend Laura Hills if you want a lovely confident, capable and caring dentist.

I first used Watercress Dental for a broken wisdom tooth several years ago (don't eat pork scratchings 3 days before your honeymoon!), when Tom repaired it in time for a holiday and planned for a crown but life got in the way and the "temporary" repair was so good it lasted 3 years until recently, when I started getting hyper-sensitivity in the tooth, making it uncomfortable to eat and even breathing in cold air would set it off. My own fault... I lived with it for a couple of weeks hoping it would go away but now, again due to go away on a big holiday for 3 weeks, I didn't want it to get worse or impact it. I saw Marcello and after a few x-rays it was determined that the previous temporary repair had reached the end of the line and it was time for a full root canal. A week later I saw Fawad for the job but some complications with severe inflammation meant that the job had to be abandoned halfway and the tooth packed with medicine and temporarily refilled again and a week of ibuprofen needed to calm it down enough to finish the job. Yesterday (2 weeks later) the job was completed and I'm good to go on holiday, pain and sensitivity free. I'd heard nothing but horror stories about wisdom tooth root canal surgery but found completely the opposite with Fawad and the two dental nurses who assisted him. Even throughout the complications while in the chair he was super calm and surprisingly informative, answering my questions and telling me what he was doing, why, and the expected effects/problems it would solve, while checking in that I was alright throughout. I don't generally write reviews of healthcare professionals, but felt compelled to write this as a result of Fawad's patience, expertise and overall nature. I'm sure he would agree that the issue turned out to be much more complicated/long-winded/invasive than initially expected once inside the tooth and yet I left after nearly 2 hours in the chair each time with no pain after the anaesthetic wore off and on both occasions I went from his chair back to my office chair and cracked on with my day as normal.

I always have a great experience at Dental Confidence - the reception are always great at communication prior to appointments. Alongside, the dentists and dental assistants are super friendly and communicate treatments options well. They are extremely good at working with patients with dental anxiety/ needle phobias and allow extra time for appointments for such matters. Nothing but great things to say about the practice!

Dental confidence is a fantastic practice in all areas. Warmly welcomed and served by Karen on reception, followed by hygienist treatment with Grant who was friendly and professional. My Dentist was Aleksandra who was also very friendly and helped me relax whilst having two fillings done. The dental nurses were fantastic too, especially ensuring I was comfortable and not in pain throughout the procedure. All in all I would highly recommend this practice.

I’m an extremely nervous patient and I can highly recommend Dr Dhinsa, he helped me through 2 tooth extractions and a filling without sending me into a panic attack. He also let me play my own music which was very nice.

I can’t say enough great things about the amazing team at Waterside Dental. From the moment you walk in, Becky and Hannah at reception make you feel so welcome, always friendly and helpful when signing in and booking appointments. My 5 year old son recently had appointments with Dr. Rania Maraki, and I couldn’t be more impressed with her care. She, along with the dental nurses were all incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring throughout his dental treatment, making him feel completely at ease. First dental experience with Paul Glover (apart from the standard check-up) was a wisdom tooth extraction! - well this was recommended, but on a second consult it was agreed to try a less dramatic approach so we opted to try just a drill and fill first. Appointment went well, wisdom tooth nerve was unintentionally exposed. After filling, there was an initial 24 hours of serious pain as expected but with a mix of Ibuprofen/Paracetamol it took the edge off, and eventually the pain subsided. Very happy with the painfree injections - Paul is super careful not to hurt those of us unfortunate enough to have very sensitive teeth 😲 and keeps you well informed about every everything he is doing or going to do, so no surprises.

I had two treatments, a filling and an extraction. both were painless and very well done! Very happy and I am looking forward to having some cosmetic work done. Would recommend

Only dentist i will go to! For years i had major anxiety just at the thought of having to visit the dentist. Murray has been nothing but patient with me and has helped me feel at ease. He is amazing at what he does. Everyone at Lavant Dental are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to this practice for many years and I have always been a very nervous patient. I worry for days before my appointment but when I get there everyone is always so lovely and kind that I have never turned around and ran back out of the door!. The improvements to the building have been amazing and given the surgery a polished look and feel. Dr Jinal Patel has such a calm and reassuring nature and her dental assistants Laura and recently Jordon are always kind and gentle. I have been seeing Lucy the hygienist who is also lovely and gives good advice. The reception staff are smart, professional and always friendly and helpful. Everyone who works at The Lodge, from the receptionists, nurses to dentists are all absolutely amazing. They look after you extremely well and make you feel so calm. At my appointment Catherine and Wendy carried out various tests, double checking results and asked in depth questions. With their findings they will now collaborate with others to hopefully find a solution to my problem which is not a straight forward dental issue.
