The online booking system is very user-friendly & simple to navigate, and the clinic itself is beautifully designed. Bita really took the time and care to explain what she was doing, and I left feeling positive and reassured about my dental health. Really looking forward to returning for a hydrafacial at some point!

I saw Vicky for two appointments and she took the time to talk me through the blood testing process and potential results. Natalie took the time to telephone me between sessions to discuss things further. Given the sensitivities of the topic at hand, I was touched by the teams personal and empathetic approach to my appointments. I would not hesitate to recommend Umi and I am sure I will visit again in the future.
