I’m a very nervous patient and Kevin is great, very calming, always checking if I’m comfortable. He’s very thorough also so I feel in very safe hands. Really great dentist and would highly recommend!
It made a welcome change to actually see my dentist on time with no delays. Mr Yung-Chi Tsai was easy to get on with and made you feel very at ease, especially as this was the first time i saw him, 5 stars The receptionist could be more friendly, baring in mind she was the face of the company.
Fantastic service at reception. Keeps you up to date and are always helpful in looking to reschedule appointments. I had an appointment with the new Hygienist Amy this week as part of my dental plan. She was excellent and provided a great level of service and treatment.
So pleased to have joined this practice. I'd been with my old practice for 30 years and I never thought I'd find a better one, but I was wrong. I actually look forward to my appointments! They are kind, friendly and caring and just an absolute pleasure to visit. Thank you!
