Peter came out this evening to plane one of our bedroom doors. From first messaging he has been a pleasure to do business with, he replied within the hour, fit us in promptly at a time to fit around our working hours & he has done a brilliant job. The showroom visits with Gavin to review and finalize the designs were an impressive customer experience. And this was matched by the installation. Our fitter, Richard, was phenomenal. Their attention to detail and work ethic was something else. Every step of the process was meticulously planned and executed, and the attention to detail was spot on.
