The showroom visits with Gavin to review and finalize the designs were an impressive customer experience. And this was matched by the installation. Our fitter, Richard, was phenomenal. Their attention to detail and work ethic was something else. Every step of the process was meticulously planned and executed, and the attention to detail was spot on. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom and WC. 5* and highly recommended.

En-suite - Fantastic service from design to high spec finish. Gavin was very helpful and patient through design process. Alex who fitted the bathroom was very thorough. He made sure everything was just right. Defo recommend them. Am very happy.

Very pleased with our new shower room. The fitter, Richard was very professional and a perfectionist. He arrived every morning at 8 and cleared up at the end of each day. I would recommend Formosa Bathrooms and Kitchens to anyone.
