Had a leak under the bath, the office team at Lacey's were very helpful, they had no one available in the morning but called me back the same day when an engineer was available. The engineer was friendly and helpful, investigated the leak thoroughly and gave me some options for a fix, got a new part and fitted it quickly. Problem solved.

It can be so hard to find reliable, quality people to work on your home. I'd definitely use Lacey's again.

Recently booked a boiler service and radiator replacement with Lacey's after they were recommended to me by my daughter. The service I received was friendly, professional, responsive and to a high standard. Thank you to Rebecca (office) and Danny (engineer).

Our boiler broke down over a weekend. An engineer came to look at it and estimated that it was uneconomical to repair and recommended that we consider a replacement. I filled out an online form on the Worcester website and was contacted within 30mins by Lacey Plumbing & Heating. A survey was conducted the following morning to ascertain what was required and a quote for an equivalent modern replacement was sent over a couple of hours later. We were happy with the quote but obviously needed the work to be done ASAP as we had no heating or hot water in DECEMBER! I relayed this to their office and they managed to get the whole job completed within 24hrs. The engineer was extremely good. Not only was the job completed impeccably but the whole area was left spotless, our online controls were reinstated and a full handover and explanations of instructions was carried out before he left. Highly recommended!!
