Honestly cannot recommend the company enough! The bathroom was leaking into the kitchen and I was having an absolute nightmare after trying to chase 3 different plumbers down who lead me down the garden path and then completely ignored me, I rang Daniel on Monday evening he listened to what was wrong and contacted me the next day to come out and look and provide a quote- he did everything he promised I didn’t have to chase him once when he said he would ring he did, he said he would send a quote the same day which he did and booked me in for the next day, the problem has been fixed in less than 48 hours! My only regret is that I didn’t find this company earlier, Daniel kept you in the loop with what was going on, he was professional and kind, he cleaned up after he had finished (which is rare these days!) thank you Daniel if you are looking for a plumber look no further it’s a refreshing change to find a tradesman who actually cares about there customers no matter how little or big the job is - Thank You ☺️
From first phone call to completion of job they were a pleasure to deal with. They preempted the visit with information gathering so as to get the right job done promptly. Leak from the flat above through my ceiling. Very prompt attendance and effective action taken in identifying and rectifying leak from valve feeding a concealed toilet cistern.
