Gerard is patient, passionate and particular.All qualities that make him an exceptional carpenter. I have been dreaming of these shelves since the first day I walked into my house. He is an absolute perfectionist with amazing attention to detail and goes above and beyond to get every last detail right. I honestly cannot recommend him more highly. Gerard did a brilliant job with our alcove cabinets and shelving. We are delighted with the result. He listens and has great ideas about what will work functionally and with the design. The price was very reasonable and he left the room tidy.

Gerard did us the perfect wall unit in our new house. From his first visit, he was passionate and collaborative and we had a lot of discussion about making the piece work for us and the space. Gerard’s attention to detail is next to none and he thought of everything! He’s full of great ideas and really took time to make the design perfect. We are so happy with the final result, completed over a few weeks. The finish is beautiful - with an excellent quality paint job and our Victorian wonky walls not a visible issue. We even asked Gerard to incorporate a shoe rack, the functional touches making it such a useful, well made and lovely looking piece. We highly recommend Gerard and plan to ask him to do another job for us. He helped us with the design but really listened to what we were looking for and came up with a great design. End result outstanding - looks great and really functional. We asked him to incorporate some wooden slatted shelves and he nailed that too.
