Alan came today to fit multiple blinds in my kitchen and dining area, two stairs gates and to fit a bedroom door handle. I’ve been very impressed from start to finished. He’s reliable, communicative and prompt. Work is to a high standard and even cleaned and tidied up as he went along. I will be rebooking him to decorate a bedroom in the summer. Alan has been our go-to person over the last several years and he’s helped us with all sorts of jobs from installing stair gates to interior and exterior paintwork to building furniture to fixing our outdoor swing set…. And he will only say yes to work if he’s confident he can do it and do it well - he has said no where that’s not the case. He does the work to a finish that goes beyond what I’d expect of a tradesman - as if it’s his own place and things. I’m finally writing him a review, much overdue! Highly, highly recommend.

Excellent service from Alan. I had bought a flat pack metal cabinet that I tried to put together myself and got into a muddle with. I called Alan and he rectified my errors, (basically) beginning from scratch again and built it for me the correct way. I'm so happy with the result and would not hesitate to call him again with any work I need doing. I 100% recommend Alan and his professional Handyman skills.
