Took my car for an MOT and left it. It wasn't booked in until the next day.but the phoned me and had it done the same day. Great customer service and a good price too. Would highly recommend.

I recently had an excellent experience at Newgate Garage when I took my car in for new discs and brake pads. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They took the time to explain the work that needed to be done and provided a clear estimate. The turnaround time was impressive, and my car was ready sooner than expected. Once I drove my car after the repairs, I could immediately feel the difference. 5 stars for Newgate. Since moving to Mirfield looked for a local garage to service and MOT my wife’s car, Newgate did a 1st class job - charging for what was needed. This week my Son had a Xmas tree lights on experience and Newgate got the car in the next day, diagnosed the fault and the services and MOTd at the same time. Service was excellent and the price fair for the work done. I’ll definitely go back in the future.

Absolutely 5 star service. I highly recommend this garage. Took my car for a MOT it failed which ment I couldn't drive it so would of been without a car. Visited springwell motors with an electric car. Sean fitted me in last minute wasn’t expecting my car back for a couple days. Got a message by the afternoon saying it was ready for collection. That was a fast turn around.Collected the car late evening and had a what I feel a good chat with Sean and he seems very knowledgeable regarding the transition over to electric cars. I feel more relieved I’ve now found a garage that can look and possibly fix an electric car. I wish the best for Sean and his team with the transition to electric cars and he keeps building on this.

I needed new locking nuts for my car and couldn’t have asked for better service. They were incredibly helpful, fitting me in at very short notice and getting the job done in about an hour. I’m really impressed and will definitely be returning in the future.

You didn't give up once, in trying to get to the root of the problem (perseverance should be your middle name!). You also regularly updated us throughout the whole process, something which has been sadly lacking, with other garages we have dealt with in the past. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone who owns an electric car. Will definitely be using them again in the future for servicing, M.O.T's etc.

Car in today for mot and service. Lady in reception really lovely and helpful. Building actually quite big looked like they had plenty of work which is always good to see. Everything explained to you and very reasonable cost. Will definitely be using them again and telling all my friends.

I use this garage all the time and it's a good quality, reliable and friendly service. They are really helpful and they really care about what they do! Not really sure whether they even need good reviews on here because it's such a well known garage in the area that has been around for a long time and everyone around knows who they are and how good their service is.

Have been using Andy at Overboost for approx 4-5 years now. There’s not many others who I trust to complete any mechanical work on my vehicle to a very high standard. From general servicing, fault finding to dealing with bespoke modifications. We’re lucky to have him in the local area. There’s no cutting corners. Honest work for an honest price.

Also offered a lot of insight on what parts he’d had good feedback on, and advice on other things I planned to do with the car. Would recommend. Went there this week - took car in for a service, MOT, and also to look at a drivetrain problem I was having that was making the car stall. He did the job lot, including ordering in parts, and also doing rear brake disk and pads and a shocker all in one day, got it passed through MOT and sorted. Sound job.

Timing chain failed in Ripon my recovery company recovered my vehicle to RM motors yard at 1015pm. I called one of the staff and they opened the gate for the recovery vehicle to drop my van off. They stripped the engine down fixed my van. The van now runs perfectly and the price was reasonable and will use again!

Richard at RM Motor Care was brilliant, he was great throughout the process, very communicative, honest and straight forward. Labour prices were very reasonable, and the service was very good would recommend to anyone in Leeds.

Great garage, only started using them last year but never had a problem and have always sorted out any issues I’ve had with my car and always fitted me in where they can even quickly popping my car up for them to have a look. Easy to accept repairs with the link that is sent of what needs to be done. Great staff who can explain what work I’m having done as I’m clueless with cars. Would definitely recommend RM motors
