I have used the service department myself a couple of times, once for my car to be serviced and once to get tires changed. I must say, the experience was top-notch from start to finish. they kept me updated of the progress on my car and that assured me i was in good hands. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, taking the time to explain everything they were doing and why it was necessary. This transparency gave me a lot of confidence in their work. Plus, the waiting area was comfortable and well-equipped, making the whole process much more pleasant. And I can't forget to mention the coffee – it was surprisingly good! I joked with the staff that I might just come back for another cup. Overall, I highly recommend the service department for your car and that is for their excellent service and friendly atmosphere. I'll definitely be returning for my future car needs.

Great dealership - use service department for my own personal vehicle and never have a problem. Work is always done correctly, quickly and efficiently. No complaints. Khalil and the new guy Tim are always friendly and courteous and know their stuff. Wouldnt take my Mazda anywhere else (cough cough JCT600!)

Fantastic experience using the service department to MOT my car the other day. Failed on brakes but Tim managed to source brakes within the day to make sure he kept me on the road.
