My car recently had a recall from Kia. As part of their health check, they basically wrote off my vehicle, which caused me a great deal of anxiety as this vehicle has been a lifeline for myself and my family. Bedford Garage was recommended to me by my brother as a trustworthy and genuine garage who would help me out. After an in-depth investigation of the car, the garage fed back what would be required to allow me to keep the vehicle running with safety as a priority. This included a new radiator, a new sump, two coil springs, and a mini service, amongst other things. The owner (Phil) worked late into the night to complete the work quickly so that I wasn't without a vehicle for an extended time and all staff were professional, kind, and considerate throughout. I have since recommended this garage to my friends and family and would not hesitate to take any vehicle to them. In this day and age, finding a trustworthy garage who work on behalf of their customers is very much appreciated.
