Well in a bizarre twist of fate they saved my life so that's got to be worth a 5 star review. The team are very friendly too, always a bonus.

I have no problems in recommending the National Autocentre in Hemsworth. The staff are very helpful, friendly and knowledgable.

Had my MOT completed here. Failed but the team did a great job fixing the problem and a reasonable price. The team on the desk were great also.

As a woman you can sometimes be quite cautious going to a garage/mechanics but this place has always felt great for me! Never once made to feel uneasy or pressured for anything. Had two MOT's at a good price and always in good time, poor mechanic even stayed past his home time just to get it done as we were last of the day and staff never complained. Also had a puncture repair that hasnt failed in a year and cost me almost nothing. I took it in half hour later it was fixed. Great communication too, go for a walk we'll give you a ring when it's done. Never had a problem and staff always gone out of their way. Had a flat battery that needed replacing completely, they didn't have the right one in stock but straight away sourced one nearby and reserved it for us to go get fitted at the nearest halfords and charged my old battery enough to get me there (as i it wouldnt start otherwise) and they never even charged me for the time they spent either, just genuinely wanted to help.

Excellent customer service from al the team! Booked car in on the phone for air con regas as my air con has never worked in 3yrs of ownership. They had a slot within the hour, promptly worked on my car but it wouldn’t hold pressure, their testing equipment was away for repair so asked if I could return another time as they weren’t sure if it was their machine faulty. Came back the following morning and tried again to no avail, with advice it definitely has a leak. No money was asked for the hours labour in total, extremely helpful and will get repeat business from me!
