1st time using this garage, from the initial phone call booking my car in, dropping my car off and collecting my car, the staff were very friendly, the garage and office is well kept and clean (1st impression count) the year before I took my car to another garage in south Kirkby (won’t mention names) but I drove away thinking nothing feels like it’s been done, this wasn’t the case at bell lane, car feels good and the extra work I asked for was carried out, as the old saying goes you pay what you get for I won’t ever shop around for the cheapest garage again and after a couple of years trying to find the right garage, without having to go to Honda Doncaster and pay over the top prices, I can definitely say I’ve found the perfect one. I would also like to thank you for contacting me the following day to say I had dropped my wallet in the office, I can confirm no cobwebs were taken out the wallet haha, thank you very much.

Richard and his team were highly recommended to me and they did not disappoint! I have had various issues with my car that have left lots of mechanics scratching their heads. Richard assured me he’d sort it and I believed him. He communicated effectively with me and got the problem sorted over the Christmas. I couldn’t have been more impressed. Excellent service. Finally a garage that actually knows what they are doing and very knowledgeable. Fixed the brakes on my F Pace after a caliper failure left air in the ABS. Will always use these guys in the future. They're busy but that's because they are very good.

Took my Jaguar X Type for an ECU software update which cured the dreaded 'warm start' problem. Richard and his team provided a superb, friendly, and highly professional service at the price originally quoted to me when I first contacted them. Well worth the 75 mile drive I had to do to get this work done and Richard even recommended a great local cafe for me to go to while the work was completed.
