These guys are amazing, honest and very friendly. I've had some trouble with my cars in the past, Elliott and Gail were so patient and helpful, Elliott even wrote a report on my car when it was going through the ombudsman and they kept my car in their secure compound for over a month while I was having difficulty with the financial side. They have definitely got a life long customer with me from now on. Gail is so friendly over the phone and in person, a very warm and welcoming face at the reception. Used Battinson for the first time recently after someone recommended them following issues with my usual garage. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, kept me informed and even gave the car a quick wash before returning it. I especially like the invoice being emailed as well as printed and like the keen eye for detail such as the new locking wheel nut bag, service record etc, small things but customers love it! I left my house and upon getting onto the motorway I could hear a loud clattering sound coming from underneath my car. A small inspection showed the undertray had come loose and I really needed to continue my journey. I came off the motorway and started heading back home and noticed Cars Garage open on a Saturday. I parked up and was greeted by the staff and I explained what had happened. The staff took a quick look and said they would move their own car and pop it on a ramp and fix it. 10 minutes later fixed and I was able to continue my journey. I offered the staff some money and insisted he take it but he refused to do so saying he would not charge for a quick 5 minute fix. It made my Saturday and chances are I will probably come back for my next MOT or any other needs as clearly they know how to deal with customers. Your local community are lucky to have a business like yourselves around them. Thank you.
