I booked an MOT 2 days before, on the day I was slightly late but did not matter. The service was done in about 3 hours and they were flexible in collecting times. Cost was average for MOT £40 (I believe quite good) and I was on my way in no time. I would recommend for MOT, for repairs will update in the future as planning to service my car here if possible.

These guys are absolutely fantastic. My partner broke down and managed to park on their car park. He's a mechanic and had all his tools with him but needed a new part. They ordered the part and had it delivered in the hour, gave him directions to go and get something to eat allowed him to change it on their car park and once he had finished brought him inside and told him where all their cleaning stuff was for him to get clean. Absolutely amazing so helpful. The work they were doing looked incredible. Even though we aren't from the area we will definitely be bringing them our business. Thank you for all your help today.

After my car broke down The AA advised I needed a new starter motor . They advised finding a local mechanic as the car may not start . I found JNH on Google and was impressed by the reviews. After an initial phone call James came the same day to diagnose the problem .He was friendly and knowledgeable and I felt I was in safe hands . He sent a quote and obtained the part and my car was up and running the next day. Absolutely fantastic service. Professional and reliable mechanic. I would highly recommend this business.

Great service. I called James and he came straight out to look at my problem (needed a new wing mirror). He sourced the part second hand and collected and fitted whilst I was at work. Also came back next day to replace a headlight bulb. Highly recommended and will use again.

James is absolutely brilliant! What a life saver! My car was flashing and beeping lights on dashboard at me the night before I was going on holiday!!!! I rang James the next morning and he totally saved the day!! On a SUNDAY, he came to pick up my car and fixed it all whilst I was away!!! I can't recommend him enough!!! What a great guy! James was brilliant, car had been diagnosed with a sticky hydraulic lifter, been to a couple of other garages and was quoted £650 + but they weren't really interested in the job, "James said bring it down and I will have a look, half hour later job done ( Loose upper timing chain guide) £50 Brilliant.

Pulled it out the bag, managed to get me a 275/30 R20 on a Saturday! The service was top quality showed me there was some small imperfection before he started work so there was no confusion. Highly recommend

I needed my car fixing urgently, took it down to surefix and Bob went above and beyond tibget it sorted for me. I wasn't booked in, the garage was fully booked and short staffed but Bob took my car, sourced a new radiator, fitted it and did all the necessary repairs and had me back on the road the same day. REF MK6 GTD I gave my car in for the following jobs: full service Water pump timing belt full suspension replaced The service i experienced was excellent,I was given a full breakdown of my car repairs. and I received the car back within a good time scale. It was a very big job to be carried out on my car and the price was very reasonable considering the type of work that needed doing. The car now drives amazing.it idels so much better,feels so smooth in every gear. Overall very pleased with the service and outcome. I will personally be sticking to this garage for all future repairs for my car and also for my wife's car.

Timing chain failed in Ripon my recovery company recovered my vehicle to RM motors yard at 1015pm. I called one of the staff and they opened the gate for the recovery vehicle to drop my van off. They stripped the engine down fixed my van. The van now runs perfectly and the price was reasonable and will use again!

Family car Lexus GS was booked in for brake skimming,arrived in the morning and waited around while the work was carried out. Richard and the team were more than accommodating (thanks for the brews). A friendly garage with great communication and transparency in explaining the process and duration for brake skimming. Knowledgeable, efficient individuals and a very competitively priced establishment. I would highly recommend RM motors and be more than happy to use again.

Great garage, only started using them last year but never had a problem and have always sorted out any issues I’ve had with my car and always fitted me in where they can even quickly popping my car up for them to have a look. I left my house and upon getting onto the motorway I could hear a loud clattering sound coming from underneath my car. A small inspection showed the undertray had come loose and I really needed to continue my journey. I came off the motorway and started heading back home and noticed Cars Garage open on a Saturday. I parked up and was greeted by the staff and I explained what had happened. The staff took a quick look and said they would move their own car and pop it on a ramp and fix it. 10 minutes later fixed and I was able to continue my journey. I offered the staff some money and insisted he take it but he refused to do so saying he would not charge for a quick 5 minute fix. It made my Saturday and chances are I will probably come back for my next MOT or any other needs as clearly they know how to deal with customers. Your local community are lucky to have a business like yourselves around them. Thank you.

Thank you to Akram and Halifax MOT Centre for the amazing service I received over the weekend. I noticed issues with my brake pads and rang Halifax MOT Centre at 11AM on Sunday and had new brake pads fitted by 1PM the same day. On top of this Akram went above and beyond by fixing an issue he noticed with my headlights as well as sorting my handbrake problem and refilling my cars coolant. I also had my timing belt changed a few months back and the quality of work and care received was next to none. Thank you once again, I recommend Halifax MOT Centre for anyone who wants a friendly, speedy and thorough service from an experienced and honest mechanic.

You can tell from the start that Acky loves cars, as he admits a self proclaimed "madchanic". Cars to him aren't just a mode of transport, they are peoples prized possessions and each one has its own uniqueness. We went to Acky with a massive issue, our car wouldn't gain speed, it was stuck in limp mode. We were scared. Autistic children at home who need therapy, single car family. We took a gamble, and my god did we win with Halifax MOT centre and Acky. He calmed our fears, and even showed us how the system worked to get an idea of possible issues. Not only did Acky repair our car in less than 24 hours, but we learned a valuable lesson. He showed us how we can have a better understanding of our car, to help prevent future issues.
