Generally the best and most honest mechanics you will ever meet. I have been using N W Auto Services for several years and never had a problem. Neil is straight to the point and has a very competitive labour rate. Proof of the workmanship and customer loyalty shows in the fact that he is often booked up 2 weeks in advance. Couldn't recommend N W Auto services any more, I rate them even above your Halfords etc.

Took my Q5 in for an MOT and service today and really impressed with the high quality, knowledgable job done. Staff were informative, keeping me updated throughout whilst prices were exceptionally fair compared to other (well known) garages/dealerships I have been through in the past where I have felt utterly ripped off. Efficient and informative. Can't fault this garage, the MOT collect service went as advertised, they called me 20/30 mins before pickup. Took the car and let me know when it was sorted. I might have left a different review if my car failed the MOT, but a straightforward service in my experience!

Took my Skoda for an MOT here - zero fuss, was done in a couple of hours. They said they are a Peugeot and Citroen specialist, but had no problem working on other cars. Will look to use them again in the new year for my service.

Got connected with the garage through Click Mechanic. The repair took slightly longer that I was hoping, but that was due to Christmas holidays. The mechanic was always in touch and kept me updated during the time my car was in the garage. Overall happy with my experience!!!

Booked through with ClickMechanic, came on the same day to take my car to fix my exhaust filter full warning on Friday evening and return it the following day before midday with the problem fixed. Would recommend using them again. (Other car mechanics quote over £480 when it was short of £300 only!).

The service at SJM is really friendly and professional. They got the car fixed with a new clutch in good time. They extended every courtesy and I was thankful that they were available over the holiday season to fix the car quickly as possible. I recommend this repair shop.

The guys here are 10/10, there’s a previous review about being careful with quotes especially if you’re a woman but I can hand on heart say I’ve never been treated with anything but respect. Got to be a 5* for me... from the first call to the booked service everything went great. No extra cost exalty the price quoted was charged. No easy service on the M5 competition many places couldn't do it properly and quoted the job wrong didn't have the online connectivity with BMW direct to actually know what the service requirements were. Online updates done with BMW service history registered online with BMW direct .. my app updated and clear of all service requirements. NICE .... Great job worth every penny thanks...
